The Socorro KFC is closing for good soon. Probably Tuesday. The call from the marketroids above was to remodel the building to look trendy and the answer from the local owner was no. Between the observations of agvulpine and myself, we have determined that the Google street view car was in Socorro for at least two days about a week ago.

I have confirmed that the Desert Maiden statue that once stood in front of Old Workman will be reerected in front of the new Workman Center.
