Ingredients:
2 cups (500ml) coconut milk (I used 1 cup coconut milk, 1 cup normal milk)
1 cup (200g) quinoa
250g dark palm sugar/gula melaca OR 1.25 cups brown sugar
2 bananas sliced
1/2 cup shredded coconut, lightly toasted.
