Metal Storm (the sixth in the excellent Saga of Seven Suns) has been published, but it doesn't get to the states until December, so it's time to send for another care package from Britain.

I also ordered Kes, Eddie Izzard's Sexie and Knowing Me, Knowing You With Alan Partridge.

Last night we went to Amy's church's game night, which was fun. I played pente, which is probably best described as a cross between go and connect-4. It's one of these things that's incredibly simple on paper, but end up requiring a lot of concentration. Yesterday, I mentioned in passing that we were pretty much exactly out of room on our DVD storage. And as there are eight titles that we have two copies of (both Amy and I owned a copy before we got married), it makes a certain amount of sense to sell off the duplicates. I'm going to see The Prestige at 11am. I was afraid that it would be out of the cinema by now, and it's down to one showing a day, so it probably will be, by next week.
