My nephew is almost one year old! Wow, time flies. He is, of course, the cutest baby ever. I'm flying to Dallas in two weeks for his big birthday party, which will be very festive for us grown-ups even if he's only interested in the cake. Last night I finished his birthday present. Sis, you are NOT allowed to look yet! ( Can't wait to see him play with this. )

I'm heading to Dallas tomorrow through Tuesday, and though I'm bringing my laptop, I thought I'd do a ridiculously long post before then. Elmore-Pisgah continues to impress me. I finally opened the box from Friday and discovered they'd sent me the wrong type of yarn, which meant that I can't finish the project.
