I'm not as excited about the Emmys this year, but of course I'm watching. I *love* awards shows, especially this one because at least I've seen most of the nominees. The term "liveblog" is rather silly and overused, but I guess that's what I'll be doing tonight! So, uh, I'll keep updating this post as I watch. ;)

I've been watching a lot of Ninja Warrior and Unbeatable Banzuke on G4 this week. The former is too repetitive, but the latter is fun. I love a good obstacle course. So I watched Wipeout on NBC Tuesday night, and that was a big disappointment. Not so bad with the mute on, but the commentary is just too mean-spirited. I enjoy schadenfreude in ( Read more... )

Whee! The lists of top ten finalists for comedy and drama have officially been released. Er, the shows, not the individual actors. God, I love this stuff. A few "Huh?" names, but overall I can't complain.

Yay for awards season! I love these things, even when my favorites don't stand a snowball's chance of getting a nomination. Today the Television Critics Association announced its nominees. ( Here's the list. )

sinful_caesar (thanks!) has hi-res photos of Katee at the TV Guide party, looking very Veronica-Lake-glam. Good shoe choice, and ya gotta love a dress with pockets.
