Eric Flint has done something creative to his contracts. It looks like he has split paper-rights from e-rights, because it was not Baen who published 1812: Rivers of War, but they have it for free on the Baen Free Library. The sequel to Rivers of War just came out, and I'm sure that this is Eric's canny way of boosting his sales of that book.
