You may or may not have read poetheather's post, to her mom. We estimate that the letter was received by the 24th of October. A response showed up in our mailbox today - in a priority mail envelope (because the woman apparently doesn't know how to send anything by regular mail). I'm now pissed and fed up and writing back.
