Amazing story. I haven't read anything like this an I have wondered how it is possible to explain the change into the Face of Boe (and I quite like this concept).

Oh, wow! Just wow! This was, wow, this was just so heartbreaking and so sad and so beautiful all at once! You really did an excellent job explaning how Jack ends up as the Face of Boe, and it gave me chills reading this. It also made me cry so much, it was just so wonderful how the Doctor did his best to comfort his Jack ( ... )

Very nicly done. I love your explanation of How Jack will become the Face of Boe. And the last lines,

Jack looked into the Doctor’s eyes and saw only truth there, and love. That was all he needed to face an uncertain future.
