Last week, Olly and I went to Taiwan in conduct an underwater shark painting performance. Unlike a lot of our adventures, this was something we did to help raise awareness for something. We went to talk about wildaid. An organization that works towards helping wildilfe that's in danger. A lot of celebrities endorse wildaid, and it's something I believe strongly in. You can find out more information at www.wildaid.com. I was there at a bit of an awkward time. A lot going on in my personal life, but being there and having a chance to talk so openly about what I love and teaching people about it, that's a brilliant feeling.

Though there are many things about her parents I hope that she doesn't take after, I hope Missy grows to believe as strongly in things as her father and I do. It's well known about Damon's take on things in the world today, and I think it's fantastic that he's so outspoken and clear about his views. I'd hate for my daughter to grow up so sheltered, afraid to reach out and afraid to just talk about things. I think we'll teach her well about speaking her mind.

It seems as if I can't ever really win. I'm always at odds with someone in my life, and we're all too fucking stubborn to give in and say that we've done something wrong. It's just our way I suppose. And we always think someone will break and the making up will start. I just know that one of these times, that may not be the case.
