Indian Spinach Soup
Ingredients:
- 500 g fresh Spinach (also okay: deep frozen)
- 1 onion
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- half a litre vegetable broth
- 4 Tablespoons Creme fraiche (also okay: yoghurt, buttermilk, etc...)
