Pretty shitty.
Nights really screwed me over. The sleep pattern is still messed up, and i'm really struggling. I hate not sleeping well.
Then there is food stuff.
Working 5pm till 3am is really hard on food. I was getting up about 2, having breakfast, then having a meal before going to work at 4:30, and then sometimes not getting to eat at all during the shift. Then last night, i purged. For the first time in so long. I was not drunk, i was not ill, i was just uncomfortable and feeling fat. So purged. I'm slowly starting to slip. I don't need to go back to treatment, but the plan is to try and find a support group in dorset that i can go to just to try to keep me on the straight and narrow.
