I was lucky enough to have all my TV shows come back during the same week, and meant to do a big TV thoughts post at the end, but general busyness has pushed it back to this week. Here's my fortnight TV report!

My alarm clock of eight years finally went out on me, so I bought a swanky new one. It has a projector that shines the time onto your wall/ceiling, which takes some getting used to, but is a pretty neat thing to have. Watched most of the Emmy's last night. No statue for Hugh Laurie, which makes me sad. Best Drama Lead Actor went to Bryan Cranston from Breaking Bad, and he does a good job and all, but he's not Hugh Laurie. I think the only award that House got was directing for House's Head, which was amazing. 30 Rock got a lot of awards, so I'm happy there. Mad ( Read more... )

Supernatural: Dean's back from the dead, and guess who brought him back from hell? An angel named Castiel. Apparently, the powers upstairs have work for him to do. My guess is reining Sammy in from the dark side. He's developing his powers and can exorcise demons WITH HIS MIND. (Also, he's lying to Dean. Boo.)
