I'm glad to have spent New Years eve w/ some friends  that we hadn't seen in a while and we decided  to do it  at our  house this  year.  That's  very  different for us.  It was  fun.

After having to wait an hour and a half to use my financial aid money, that's how much Eric's and my books were for this semester. Yes.  Then we went and ate on campus for the first time in half a year.  But back to the $755.

Well, today Eric and I decided that we would like to get out of the apartment, so we went to Wild Adventures.

It was fun, as usual. We didn't spend very long there, but hey, we don't have to--we've got passports! They expire at the end of this month though and I'm conflicted as to whether or not I'm interested in buying two new ones. They'll be $70 ( Read more... )

I've been absent for a while.  The reasoning?  I went home to the family where we were surprisingly spoiled.  We came home with way more than we went home with, which was very good, considering that we left our apartment with damn near nothing in the refrigerator.

These, my friends, are the promised pictures of Cloud, the cat. As you can see, he is what some call a "tuxedo cat". He's quite...a handful. Extremely active. But also very loving.

He likes to sleep with us on pillows. And if we move too much or he can't get comfortable, he finds a corner in our bedroom to sleep in. Point?  He likes to be around us ( Read more... )
