Life is swell.  I actually got to go to the yogalaties class and we figured out that they offer a range of different classes on the 2nd and 4th weekend of every month.  We chose to go with Cardio Combo.  They had pilates and yogalaties as well, but what's the point in doing something that we already do three times a week when we have a choice?

I must be retarded or something.  I was super happy that I didn't wake up sore yesterday morning.  Then by the end of the day, I was curious as to why my entire body hurt--it's because we worked muscles in yoga that never got worked in PE.  I call myself retarded though because I learned in PE that it takes up to a whole day sometimes for muscle ( Read more... )
