It's a trap!
I bought a carnivorous plant yesterday, to help with my overabundance of insects. I should have known I was in trouble when I found a spider big enough to be punted....
I named him Jabba, for several reasons. First, naming him Audrey II as certain people will suggest I should have (you know I'm talking about YOU) seemed...ominous. Second, Jabba does nothing but sit there and wait for food to come to him. He didn't get to eat much last night, though--I checked him this morning and he still only had two pods closed. But when I came home this afternoon, EIGHT of them were closed so he's been busy today.
Wonder how big he'll get once he eats all my insects.
