Well...Monday I am driving up to Chicago and will be there for a week. It will include many thrift store visits (most my pants are about 2-3 sizes too big), and coffeeshop occupations.

I spent the morning and early afternoon with my Dad at the Museum of Science and Industry (free day!), and it was going so well until I came home and my mom was freaking out and yelling at my dad, and we left for grandmas as soon as possible and both agreed that it would have been perfect if we went from the museum to my grandmas. Rosh Hashana is soon, and the begining of a new year! Peace to all.

(And no, I am not Jewish, but I did grow up in Chicago and live in a very Jewish section of Brooklyn. I also follow the tradition of Chinese food and a movie on Xmas.)
