It rained today. Mildly. It sucks that I have a cold and couldn't enjoy the rain. But it rained! Hallelujah! The air was so cold and fresh after the rain.
So what if my cold's worsened because I stood outside in the wind for too long! So what if it hurts every time I yawn! Dubaiians are so starved of rain that we rejoice when it rains.
There are exceptions, as always. Zubayr thinks that people were over-doing it. I was like, "Hey, man, this isn't like your Bangladesh where people's homes are flooded for half the year!"
