Obscene Aussies
I went bowling with Mahesh today. I won!! I scored 82 points and Mahesh scored 1 - that too, because I played in his turn by mistake.
Anyways, he was a little naughty today.. he threw the ball down the wrong lane, one whose lights were switched off, which no one was using. I told him not to do it the first time and he said he wouldn't do it again.. but then he did it again!
There was this carpeted space between our lane and the one on the right, so Mahesh got really excited and ran on it. I had to pull him back and blackmail him into sitting down and keeping quiet.
In the end, he had a chicken burger and I had the side of fries [read: salt bars] and then we headed back to his place.
We were watching the soccer match at his place.. Brazil versus Australia. The Aussie guys were really well-built and hot [I want Tim Cahill] and all that, but sort of foul-mouthed, you know? In the action replay, I even saw one of them mouthing "Oh fuck off" to one of the Brazilian players. That was hilarious.. he got a yellow card for that.
Soccer is a really fun game to watch, as opposed to cricket. Cricket is like a stretched bubble-gum... long and not good for your health. I never liked watching cricket and only ever did it because of peer pressure and/or because the family was watching it. But soccer.. I'm genuinely interested in watching it [though, not playing it] because it's a 90-minute affair and fast-moving. And the referees are funny to look at.
