Well, classes are underway once more. I've started my new specialties, COMM and ENGL, and six of my seven kid-lets are in school, including Raiden, now, who is five and just started kindergarten. Wow, I feel old.

I just finished Kingdom Hearts II for the first time, eight months after I got it for Christmas and started playing it after New Year's Eve, with just under 104 hours of play time, having completed Jiminy's Journal and without having to Continue, during the last long battle. I feel good. Tomorrow, I will start it all over again, Expert Mode.

That is the sound a human being makes when it realizes it is in hell. Hell being south Texas, where the ambient temperature is about 100, but the heat index is 105; 5 degrees make a hell of a difference, it being the one between merely feeling as though you are simmering in your own bodily fluids and feeling as though your internal organs are ( Read more... )
