Every couple of years, I load up my lawn mower and take it down to the Sears repair shop for a tune up, oil change, blade sharpening, etc... A couple of weeks ago I pulled the cord to start it up and while it did start, the cord came away in my hand - it had snapped. I tried to fix it myself but I just couldn't get the motor cover off. I've been following the Florida State baseball team pretty closely this season, so maybe this is my own fault. The annual post season choke job is currently WELL under way... I had some hope that Florida State might be able to beat Florida today... But then, I also thought that FSU had a pretty good defense. Sure, it's had its ups and downs this year, but overall they had been pretty darn good. Against the run in particular.
