the following books are missing from my library:
1. the bell jar by sylvia plath
2. the unthinkable thoughts of jacob green by joshua braff
3. cat's cradle by kurt vonnegut
4. diary by chuck p.
5. dont waste your life by john piper
6. the virgin suicides by jeffrey eugenides
if youve borrowed these from me, will you let me know? otherwise, i guess ill just buy them all over again. perhaps i should start writing down who i loan stuff to.
and so i finally finished the last 20 or so pages of wise blood
"She shut her eyes and saw the pin point of light but so far away that she could not hold it steady in her mind. She felt as if she were blocked at the entrance of something. She sat staring with her eyes shut, into his eyes, and felt as if she had finally got to the beginning of something she couldn't begin, and she saw him moving farther and farther away, farther and farther into the darkness until he was the pin point of light."
and i adore flannery o'connor, maybe ill read the violent bear it away next.
