I just learned that Microsoft has recently launched a new software product called "Songsmith", which is a sort of reverse Karaoke: instead of providing the music a user sings along to it records the voice of the (singing) user and makes a complete song from it. When I was rummaging in the CD rack of our local library lately, I discovered a very interesting audio book (made in 2006). CD 1 contains poems of Edgar Allan Poe, read by several well-known German actors (and, to my surprise, the top-notch cast includes Christopher Lee!
