Would you walk 500 miles for me?

I did absolutely nothing for school this past weekend. I brought all these things home but I never touched my bag, except for when I moved it two feet when I was cleaning my room on Sunday. I was completely discombobulated today. Tired, had no idea what I was doing, just not good. We started late, had snack for maybe a half hour (it's typically, 10-15 minutes) while I found some hot chocolate and enjoyed that. We really didn't get much done today. I was so not with it and I'm so bloody tired. I could've put my head down on my desk and been sound asleep in seconds.

My brain wasn't working either. This morning we went to the other 2nd grade's class to listen to this visiting priest talk to us about how we're going to be communicating with a school in Mississippi that was destroyed by Katrina (he seems to think that we should send our videotapes to Oprah. Woo! Oprah!). Before we went to the other room, I threatened them to make sure they behaved themselves. I had meant to say If you don't behave during the priest's talk, I will kick you out of the room. What came out instead was If you don't behave, I will kick you.

Geez, what will they tell their parents?

I told myself that I would do preparations for the week when I got home today. Yeah, right. I don't see myself doing anything productive, except for maybe reading and watching last night's Simpsons. I'm horrible.

Ha! My online stalker with his three alarm fires with entrapment has just IMed me. Let's see what happens. If it's any good, I'll post it later.

school, tired
