Surgery date, beer tasting
We now have a date: Tuesday, October 25, for Mom's surgery. I still need to see when they'll need me to fly to Tucson. Not sure if I'll be needed in the hospital while she's recovering, or more when she comes home. We'll see.

Beer tasting report: we tried two of the Belgians and neither impressed us enough to brew them. Tonight's beers were higher gravity Abbey ales; a Prior ale and an Abt ale. Hrm. Okay but not spectacular. Tomorrow night we have more!
