The commercial I'm looking for was on American TV in the mid 2000s. It was advertising a TV channel, but idk if it was a real or fake channel. The part I remember most is all these women are in 50s style dresses in a big line and they're holding giant shoes and they sing "Shooooes!" and at the end of the line this Latino man in a toolbelt appears and says "I will fix your shoes for you!"
In the movie I'm looking for at the end of the movie this kid does a skateboard trick off a ramp and flies through the air over the head of the neighborhood bully. This is in contrast with the start of the film where he tries to do the skateboard trick but fails. It's NOT a movie about skateboarding.
