MAYBE Neil Gaiman graphic novel?

I am trying to figure out what Neil Gaiman graphic novel this was, if it was even his at all... I read it years ago at a friend's house.

I'm pretty sure it was a bunch of short stories, and one of them was about the planets being personified as human looking creatures and they were at a ball

the first one at least is in Endless Nights. I think all the stories are about the endless. I gave that to my exbf as a present, lol. I wish I had kept it

Pretty sure the second one was also in Endless Nights.

Yes, the first one is Dream's tale, the second one is Desire's.
