MAYBE Neil Gaiman graphic novel?
I am trying to figure out what Neil Gaiman graphic novel this was, if it was even his at all... I read it years ago at a friend's house.
I'm pretty sure it was a bunch of short stories, and one of them was about the planets being personified as human looking creatures and they were at a ball.
And there was another story about a man who went around screwing a bunch of women and he found a woman he really liked and pursued her for a long time and she wasnt really that into him and he was mortified that a girl didnt want to be with him right away. So he changed into a better person or something and they get married and eventually he goes to war or something like that and gets killed and the woman invites the opposing army over to feed them and she poisons all of them and it was a great ending.
