I'm looking for an orientalist painting of two or three figures-- musicians and dancers, I believe-- waiting in a hallway outside of a large room, where a party is going on. A shirtless boy stands in the doorway on the right, having come in to tell the them that it's their turn to perform. I think it was set in the ancient past, Egyptian or Assyrian or something along those lines. No idea of the artist, though I know it wasn't Alma-Tadema, and I'm pretty sure it's not Jean-Leon Gerome either. Thanks!
