Architechture/Interior design terms
Help me with some terms, guys.
What is the area called that goes from the floor halfway up the wall? Does that still technically count as a baseboard, or is there another term?
The bit at the top, where the wall meets the ceiling, is the crown molding, yes? But is there a name for the decorative panels below it?

(I tagged this with architecture, but I don't know if that's the proper term... is architecture only designing and erecting the outside of the building, or does it apply to inside too?)
