Robot/computer story?

I think I read this short story in an anthology of robot or computer stories. I would have read it in the nineties or early aughts, but it's probably somewhat older.

It's about two men in the Arctic or someplace, and the guest bets the host that he can outthink the host's robot/computer/whatever it is. He does this by telling the computer, "The statement I am making is false," or something alone those lines. This successfully confuses and freezes the computer, but the victory is a hollow one because they can't get the computer back online, and it was what was running the heating systems...

Ring any bells?
