As the subject line says, I'm trying to find the name and/or author of a cookbook I remember seeing that is organized by taste instead of ingredient. For instance, when you looked at the index of the book it was split up into sour/sweet/etc, and maybe had subcategories as well but I could be wrong. I know it's not all that unique but the book kind of themed itself around going by taste only. Anyway, it also had the typical high contrast high end pictures and was quite new, and that's all I can remember.
I saw it in western Canada, though I'm not sure that will make much difference. Hopefully someone can help me out here! Thank you!
