Star Wars Character

So, the other night was Star Wars night at the local ballpark, and some lovely people came out in their costumes. But there is one person I can't identify, and it is driving me bonkers!
I'm trying to identify the one on the far right, in the white Mandalorian armor. It's either a character I don't know, or a weird beige version of a Fett.
If the pic isn't loading, or is too big/small/blurry, basically I'm looking for a dude (or lady) in beige Mandalorian armor. Looks like Boba or Jango Fett bleached his armor to like, blend in with sand or something.
