British TV show

Whilst working at an elderly care home today, I caught a few minutes of a tv show. It was about children and their parents in teams trying to stop smoking... as in they were seeing who could cut down the most or completely stop and there was a clip about children doing an assault course to encourage their parents to stop smoking. This was on around 3-something PM. There was also a scene where the parents had to flip a piece of card with the amount of ciggarettes they had smoked (0, 4, etc).

Does anyone have any ideas?
