It is Aykroyd, and I think it might be the same sketch which is why she'd cut herself. I could be wrong, tho!

No, it wasn't the same one. I looked it up on YouTube to be sure; they showed most of it in the movie and this is the entire sketch, and there's no wine-drinking involved:

(although there is A LOT of (fake) blood though, probably shouldn't watch it if you're squeamish. I'm not and even I got a little woozy watching it.)

I've seen that sketch, so I can confirm it existing. It's fuzzy, though, so I don't recall if it was another Aykroyd or if it was on something else like Mad TV.

Yeah, I was thinking that too. It might be a Mad TV sketch.

I only saw a few episodes of Mad TV, not being much of a fan, but my brother loved it so it may have been from that after all. Although I did a YouTube search and wasn't finding it :(

I'm not sure. I haven't seen that movie in ages, but I keep thinking it was something more recent than that.
