A TV show & a movie

1. I remember a TV show. It was shown in Finland in the 90s, I think. It was made in some Nordic country. I don't think it was Finnish, though.
I think it was documentary and not fiction. Some young people lived together in a big house - it might've been that they didn't know each other beforehand and were set to live there together. They were all young adults. One was a guy with long, brown hair and he played guitar. One girl had psoriasis. I think one girl was a teenage mom. I think the guitar-playing guy had some sort of romance with someone in the house.

Edit: I think this is the film Outside Providence, thank you lynxolita I've asked about this before, but nobody has known it. It still bugs me! A rather general college movie. I think it's American, but might also be British or Canadian, I only remember they spoke English. It has a boy and a girl. The girl is blonde and the boy brown-haired, both white. The boy also has a dorky friend with glasses. The scenes I remember: they were smoking weed somewhere together and talking, for some reason I believe there was a tractor or some other big machine. Another scene: They're at a party and the dorky kid gets "rebellious" and ends up having a dart thrown at his forehead. Another scene: The guy's friends ask him how she's in bed, and the guy says they're not having sex. The friends ask why, and the guy says something like "We don't need to." Or something like that he's not with her only for sex. The guy was the main character.
