An anime about a lunar princess.

I remember about a year ago watching a few episodes of an anime that involved a princess of the moon. In the show there had been a war between the people of earth and the people of the moon. After the war the princess of the moon comes to earth as some kind of ambassador. When she gets here she ends up living with an earth boy that she had met once when they were kids. (I don't remember how they met if there was a war on.) I remember she has a servant or maid with her and there is an old man who is a reporter who knows her well and is always trying to take perverted pictures of her. Also the boy works in some kind of restaurant.
