A movie I watched years ago on WTV

Originally I thought it was called 'Bastard Out of Carolina 2'. But there doesn't seem to exist a movie under that title and the first one is decidedly not the one I'm thinking of (but pretty good). In the one I speak of, you have a teenage or college age girl and her mother - the father, or step father comes home from prison. There was quite a dramatic scene in the beginning where it shows her as a child engaging in erotic knife play with the man. As the movie progressed from there, the daughter now older compulsively had sex with him after leading him up the stairs.

Later she went to the hospital and... I can't recall what she was doing there but someone told him assuming she had a pregnancy test done. This lead to a violent and degrading confrontation. In the end, her and her black boyfriend who he had a problem with for being black, killed him.

Anyone know the title?
