There was a cartoon in the 90's. I remember watching it once when I was a kid, although it seems pretty creepy to have been for kids. It wasn't an animated show and the characters seemed to be made of clay? The main character was a ball of green goop and had friends that were just as creepy looking. I think it was called Mr. Bumpy, or Bump in the Night. At least, the guy's name was Mr. Bumpy, I think. That's how I'm hearing the theme song in my head, lol.
