Punching a straggler attacker behind you
OK, so this one is probably really obvious, but I can't think of it.
In the 2008 Journey to the Center of the Earth 3D movie, Brendan Fraser's character gets into a fistfight with some carnivorous plants. After he's bested the plants, one of them comes up behind him all ominous, and he simply extends his arm with his fist in front at a right angle, rotates his arm upward, and punches out its lights without even looking at it.
This is totally an homage to another movie. What movie?
