Delicious Goat?

We got our first home-grown goat back from the butcher yesterday. I made souvlaki last night, which turned out great! I would like your crockpot/slow cooking recipes for goat, as it is super lean and there is almost no fat marbling, and I figure low and slow is the way to go. We are really adventurous eaters, we cook a lot of ethnic stuff, so anything you have is welcome! Thanks for reading!
