So I had dinner last night, then I found out that the Derby for this week (the new vintage) is both ridiculously fun and ridiculously wide open. So I did up a design in honor of one of my favorite vintage television shows. I wasn’t too happy with the black background, but it was midnight and I couldn’t see a way around it.

StumbleUpon is a horrible, horrible invention that takes up far too much of my time far too much of the time. I was talking with a woman at work yesterday. She needs an upgrade to her computer’s RAM to be able to run a new program that she’s required to use. She found and submitted the proper purchase request forms, had them passed through management, financial, and purchasing, and her RAM was ordered. So the worst question at trivia tonight (we lost by one point,  BTW) was “What is the term for a group of vampires?”  The answer he was looking for was “a kiss of vampires.”  A new one on me, that is.  No one got it right. It was, however, our best answer, which is why I’m here, and not texting this into Twitter.

I got to Columbia at 12:30 this morning.

I slept in.

The plumbing backed up.

I found I had no comfortable clean clothes.

I was late to work.

My computer refused to start.

My program refused to work.

The repository went down.

Lunch was canceled.

Jaimes and I had a fight.

Nothing to eat at the house.
