She’s leaving again.
Plain as the nose on the face of the old Doctor, that. She’ll go again, off travelling in that rackety old blue box that he actually crash-landed here just yesterday. How often does he do that? No wonder he couldn’t ever promise it was safe.
And he died. He died. That’s how dangerous it is. Does it even occur to him that Rose can’t get another body if she dies?
He’s looking at Rose, and she realises. He died for her.
She grabs his hand. “Stay safe. Both of you. Please.”
They’re laughing as her eyes burn.
