Some good money / computer news
I was going to call them today if I hadn't heard anything, but I finally got a notice email from TigerDirect.com on the computer I returned to them. They had received it back on March 14, 2007 and they state that their return process should take no longer than 14 days. I hadn't heard a peep from them til I received this email this morning:
Dear Noelle,
Please be advised that the following merchandise authorized for return under order no. I7634947 has been received and will be credited to your account. Allow 5 - 10 business days to view the credit on your account.

Now I just have to wait and see if they give me one of the shipping costs back as well, since they promised they would. *whew* one less major thing to worry about!
