I need help proof reading my invites as well as making sure they sound ok, please!

So here is the wording so far. The one thing I was wondering is since my fiance is paying for most of the wedding along with a little help from my mom and grandparents is the beginging wording ok? My fiance liked it because he says we're celebrating with them.

Request the honor of you presence
At their marriage ceremony
On Saturday the thirteenth of August
Two Thousand and Eleven
A half past three
In the afternoon

Oak Park Community Center
Address (I'll fill this in on the actual invite)
Oak Park, CA

Reception
Immediately to follow

Also I wasnt sure if I capitalized in all the right places?

And alst my question about time...we want our ceremony to start at 4 pm, but everyone keeps saying if we put 4 on the invite everyone will be late.

Also, I put reception immediately to follow....our ceremony and reception are in the same local. We're not doing a traditional cocktail hour, just a few snacks out while guests get seated and then we'll come in after about 20-30 minutes (we're doing all photos before the wedding). So would that wording be appropriate?

Thanks so much everyone!

Edit: also I just realized we're getting response cards included. How did you word yours? Anything cute or a little different?

And if our wedding is on August 13th, what date do I need to have listed on the response cards?
