Took my First Amendment final exam this morning. Two questions. The first question was about... the topic I spent almost the entirety of my ACLU externship writing a memo about.

OK, have to get up the desire to do the take-home IP class midterm (midterm 'cuz it's a two-quarter class), which counts for 20% of the grade in that class, whoop dee doo, and which I've been putting off since the take-home was handed out this past Wednesday. That'll free me up to study for my Privacy Law final, which is 90% of that class grade. And then, after that exam's over on Friday, I have to write a 15-page paper for my one other class by the following Wednesday, also 90% of that grade. Argh.
It's really bright out today!
