Hello to my birthday party attendees!
We are confirmed for 10:30 Sunday morning for *12* people at the Queen Mary Tea Room, 2912 NE 55th St., until 12:30, at which time we adjourn for target practice. If you cannot make it to tea or suspect you can't, PLEASE let me know before 10:30 SATURDAY morning - they need 24 hours' advance notice of any cancellation or I will get charged $12 anyway. (In contract law, the $12 is compensation for our breach, to put the tea room in as good a position as they would have held had the 12 of us fully performed as promised. See Restatement Second of Contracts, section zzzzzzz...)
