It's snowing wicked hard today. We've gotten about 2 1/2 to 3 inches of fresh snow overnight and today, on top of the 1 1/2 to 2 inches we got yesterday. Winter is really here!

Here's what Drew and I have done today, so far:

• Got coffee / hot chocolate.
• Dropped Seaves off at work.
• Drove to the West Side Goodwill and dropped off 12 bags of clothes ( Read more... )

These past couple of days have been wonderfully frenetic. Six kids to seven adults isn't a good ratio for maintaining any semblance of order, and definitely not for quiet. Today was a pretty good day. Claire and I were just recounting all of the hilarious things that Drew has been saying lately. He says things with such conviction whether he's asking a question or making a statement. ("No, Mommy.
