ACP Tutorial Walkthrough #5: How to Remove Conventions from Profile

Nov 08, 2007 07:22

First of all, the ends justify the means.
SECOND Lucky Star cosplay on ACP: http://www.acparadise.com/display.php?a=38175&c=15261
Miyuki-chan!

Third: ACP now has a daily top 10 to make things fair for Celestials/Standards/Newbies/Veterans alike. http://www.acparadise.com/
It resets midnight EST if you're that into it :P.

Ok, tutorial time! So you check your convention list
http://www.acparadise.com/display.php?a=157&t=con
and go
"HEY I NEVER WENT TO TOKYO GAME SHOW"
(but I wish I did) T_T
And you have to rid your profile of this rogue convention.
It's pretty easy.

1. LOG INTO ACP. You need a forum profile to use this particular function.

2. On your mini control panel to the left, SELECT MY CONVENTIONS

3. Mostly likely the offending convention is a backlog convention, so let's switch to PAST CONVENTIONS.

6. OH THERE IS THAT CURSED CONVENTION. OFF WITH IT'S HEAD!
Rather, just click the little RED X next to it.

(Warning, this is a powerful delete. If you click the Red X, not only will it delete the con, but any costume associations you may have made to the con)

7. And you get a confirmation upon your successful DECAPITATION.
