Powerful April Winter Storm
My ass. This storm was pathetic. What ever happened to Colorado's notorious April/May city shut down blizzards? Damn the last few years have been really low. This is our Winter season right now. It goes Summer, Winter, Spring/Fall, Winter, Summer. And it's really been sucking bad.
I remember early May being stranded at work before or late April digging my car out for hours, but this is all we get? I really am skeptical about any more storms comming this season that are big. And this one isn't enough to really do crap.
When the rest of the country is smelling flowers, we're supposed to be burried. May 9-May 12th typically is the last days you can safely say pretty much that the snow has officially ended. Guess we still have a few more weeks, but if these last two storms are what they are counting on, then it's going to be another dismal snow season this year.
Haven't heard the term Albuquerque Low for years now, and this one was a little too far north for that to happen. Stupid winter. I'll just blame Global Cooling for this crap...
