First Day Back
Well kids, the first day back felt soooo long. I had my 2 psych classes this morning (P211 at 9:05 with IRENE-- love her!, and P329 at 10:10). P329 is Sensation and Perception and the instructor who teaches it seems to be all kinds of boring. Not only is he a boring teacher, he's the most boring looking person I've seen ever. Really. He has no defining characteristics at all. I marvelled at it for 50 minutes.
In the afternoon (2:30) I had S319 Math for Speech/Hearing majors. It bothers me that the entire course is computer-oriented. The textbook is a CD-ROM. We're also going to be using Excel for everything which worries me a little because I don't know Excel at all. Oh well-- I've got to tough this one out since it's required.
And now the most interesting class for the day-- Chi Gong from 5:30-7. Manda convinced me to take this class with her and Gail. I really should not have agreed to this. Chi Gong is just boring-- you stand in place and move your arms around. The warm-up was interesting-- a lot of hip thrusts and whatnot. Whoa. And I kept looking at Manda and cracking up (yes, because we're in middle school).
Well, anyway, that was how my today went. Not too exciting. I hope everyone has a good week of classes and non-class fun as well!
